Triumph TR6 - Wrist Pins - Found!

Hi Folks:

Happy to report I found a source for TR6 wrist pins right here in St. John's; a local machine shop with a supplier in Canada. He was close-mouthed about telling me exactly where he gets them but they're $8.00 CDN each - good price. Mine should be here April 2nd so I'll post on their quality when I see them. This might be a good source for anybody out there looking for these hard to get parts and I'd be happy to pass on a contact to anybody who needs wrist pins. Cheaper than buying complete piston sets. I've set up a flickr account with a few pics from the paint job on the TR in the Summer of '05. Rather than set up a link I thought I'd just pass this on - go to www.flickr.com and search TR6. My set of 9 photos are the most recent TR6 postings. They are not the greatest quality and don't do justice to the new paint but they show the stages from start to reassembly. When I master the new digital camera I'll be posting pics of the engine rebuild starting next weekend.
