Triumph TR6 - What a ride
So after 2 months of waiting to get the TR6 registered and insured, I finally got to take her out. What a ride! it was so much fun. I did notice a few things. My heat is stuck on no matter what I do with the pull switch(its 95 degrees out), my steering is extremely loose over 60(car wants to jump around), but other than that, it was great. Being 6'1 my right knee was stuck in the dash support, but I ordered miata seats and going to re-position them a few inches back. I know I need to get new bushing probably, but any idea about the heat? Thanks guys

Check the heater valve under the hood. My dash switch said "no heat" but my heater valve was slightly open and it was noticable under the dash.

They tend to leak past a bit .there is a better version out there. Not a TR part. It'll close off good.

Sven Congrats on getting you TR6 ack on the road. Looks like you have the same colours as me for paint and interiour. The heater control valve under the bonnett on mine does not full close when I shut the heat off. I have to manually push it closed by finger. Make sure yours is fully closed. If still hot air then replace the valve. Yup you need some new bushings up front. Where the tyres ballanced??
