Triumph TR6 - SPOILER INSTALLATION

I am installing a spoiler on my 71 TR6 that did not previously have one. Could somebody please identify the position of the side holes? I assume that I can then line up the center holes. Any other suggestions???

Not sure on the '71 hole position ( I have a 75 ) but mine had a lot of water in it when I took it off so I drilled some holes along the bottom when I re-installed it to keep it drained...I guess the water gets in via the bolt holes.
