Triumph TR6 - Spoiler

Attempting to install a spoiler on my 71 tr 6. My best guess is that it bolts directly to the lower edge of the front valence. This would place it at an approx. angle of 45 degrees to the ground. Right? ( I hope) All and any advice is appreciated.

I installed a used spoiler on my 71 last summer. The center is positioned furthest to the rear and directly in front of the rear lip of the valance. The side holes seem to sit about a half inch to the front of this same lip.
