Triumph TR6 - Servo Whiplash
Ever since my brake servo went south a year ago, I disconnected and plugged the vacuum line to it and got used to applying a heavy mash to the brake pedal and planning ahead. I picked up a used servo for $16 years ago and cleaned it up for this very event, but was too lazy to install it. Until last weekend that is when I made the swap. No if I can just readjust to the power assist again . . . you'd think I just learned to drive. Man livin' large once again! Rick O. 72 TR6

Rick, You don't plan on driving your baby now in PA with all that salt on the roads??!! Another "PA" guy Jim Klesius Tyrone, PA

Jim--You are correct, absolutely no road time after the carpet-salting begins. But that didn't happen until last week for my neck of the woods (Irwin). Probably won't have a good rain to wash it away until February. Can't complain since '06 was the longest no-salt driving season in the 6 years I've owned the TR. Rick O
