Triumph TR6 - Richard Good
A little over a year ago, I bought a pair of Richard's CV joint rear axles. In a search for a vibration that was present at 40-50 mph, then came on BIG at 80-85, we discovered the axles to be rotating off-axis. I sent a video clip to Richard, then a phone call, and he asked for the axles back. He sent a pair of new, improved axles to us in time to make the All Triumph Drive In in Redmond, Oregon, about 750 miles round trip. I told Richard how much it means to know the quality of his merchandise is backed up so strongly by great service. So, now I'm telling all of you that don't already know....he'll take care of you! Thanks Richard.......and I'm off the Soapbox now! Rod

I've never had any issue with any of his products, and I have all his suspenion and a lot of his engine stuff, but any time I have had a question, he has always been quick to return calls and talk for as long as it took. Good guy to do business with. No pun intended. NFI Rob

I have previously purchased a Stainless Steel Rad Shroud from him. Totally satisfied! :-)

Ditto re the rad shroud. From order placement to delivery and the product itself... RG obviously cares.
