Triumph TR6 - Radiator

Anyone have any feedback or experience with purchasing a radiator over the past six months from VB??? I purchased and installed a new radiator six months ago/600 miles and it now leaks. I am getting an exchange but am concerned about installing another and going through the whole installation process again.

I am debating whether to have mine recored or purchase a new one. I'm concerned with the quality of those made in China. I have a little more confidence with the European ones. I'm looking at around $300 for a locally recored one. No one will give me a firm price until I bring it to them for an estimate so they can size it up.

If you could get a refund, is it worth getting a recored radiator?

I got mine recored for a lot less than $300 and it has worked great for the last 2 years. You ought to check a couple of shops.
