Triumph TR6 - Paging Clive Parker

I just happened to be flipping channels the yesterday and caught the last few minutes of something that was shall we say "different." While it was not TR6 related, I just had to wonder....

It involved a motorized couch and there was this excellent fabricator named Clive working on the project and from the limited exterior shots, it looked to have been shot in Florida. This Clive guy had an accent that was definitely not one of the usual accents heard in Florida. Like he was some sort of an ex-pat where they have a queen on the money. Are we talking the one and same Clive here?

Yes, that's our Clive. It is actually a lazy boy chair. He's built several of them.

Clive is a wonderful person and I think he could build just about anything.

Hi Steve, Have been back in England the last few weeks and was at the Silverstone Classic this last weekend, a great showing of TRs but I was over to be with another car, let me know your email address and I can forward you some pics, Yes it was my chair! clocked at 40mph+ by our local police at a parade, all very leagal you understand
