Triumph TR6 - Next dumb question
I got my ODO working (and after fiddling under the dash the turn signals and flashers wouldn't work! DOH!!!) Anyway I got those working also (plus a new fuse!) Now my next question is how do I pull the knobs off the four main knobs to get the plinth off (new one on the way) My Jaguar had a release pin on it's knobs shaft. I just want to check and see if they just pull off (now thats kind of dumb on a pull knob) unscrew or have a realease pin. Thanks.

JT They have a release pin on the underside of the knob. A small punch can push it up and release the knob. I didn't realize you have gone from a Jag to a Triumph. What motivated that move?

Thanks, sounds just like the Jaguar set-up....I almost mutilated a light reheostat knob on my old XJ6 trying to remove it before I realized there was a push pin. I'll go take a look.
