Triumph TR6 - Need A Dist Part

Hi,
I am currently helping a friend get his 6 on the road and we are in need of the advance / retard plates that make up the base in the distributor that the points and condenser attach to. The steel clip on the top one is broken.(it holds them both together)
We were wondering if there happens to be a bad dist out there with that part in good shape.
This part is not available unless you buy the complete dist.
If anyone has one he will gladly buy it.

It seems like it has been a while since you've been on this BB.

Try this fellow named Ed at: TRISPARE@AOL.COM. He's just outside of Detroit and has a barn full of used triumph parts big and small.
