Triumph TR6 - Lever shock bolt difference

I'm in the process of putting back levers on the rear of my TR and I've noticed two mount bolts are shoulder bolts and two are not while two also have a thinner larger head on them...anyone know the difference and why?

Needed to check as I CRS
According to TRF, they all should be the same
I'd blame TPO

I agree with Don

All are the same so TPO must have lost or broken the originals and substituted. I can't remember which is the original- shoulder or no shoulder? 50 50 guess but I think no shoulder.

I'm not so sure of the DPO theory...my originals looked to have never been off and they both definitely have one different bolt per side, same threads, pitch etc even same length. One head is thick and 9 1/16 the other is a shoulder bolt with a thinner head but 5/8th.....hhhmmm. Interesting.

Standard full threaded bolt about 1 3/8's
