Triumph TR6 - Harmonic balancer

Hello,

I read a straight 6 like TR6 has some torsionnal problem. A good harmonic balancer will do a great improvement. I found HARMONIC BALANCER from Good for more than $800. But my question is: is there another hamonic balncer set-up with a more reasonnable price?

Jean, unless you are going to run your engine at a high rev a lot, a rebuilt from Damper Dudes or Damper Dr.(I think) will do you just fine. They will rebuild your stock damper. I don't have an address but I'm sure someone here can help with that. I'm not sure but I think I recall a price of around $150. Could be wrong though.
