Triumph TR6 - Differential Mounts

Hi Folks

Can anyone explain what is special about the differential washer mounts? Would not a suitable size steel washer be the same?

Hi Les

They look like thick steel washers to me. I splashed out for new ones, but the old ones actually cleaned up pretty well. I would guess some paint or powder coating on the old ones would make them look basically new.

I agree. Nothing special about these washers. I cleaned up, painted and reused my old ones.
