Triumph TR5 - TR250 supercharger?

exploring the idea of putting a low pressure supercharger on my TR250. Reactions/comments? Any for sale out there?

I read an article about two years ago, some one in Calfonia had put one on a TR6 with a single SU carb.
It was done to get the car through the pollution test. It did pass the test and improve performance.
It my be in Triumph World Mag.

I read about the supercharged TR6 on the web. The system was manufactured by "VIS" - Vintage Induction Systems. VIS was a one man deal - an engineer who designed a kit but there was very little demand so he stopped production.

I'd sure love to purchase the kit but cannot find the guy.

I spoke with the owner of a supercharged TR6 and the guy swears by it - says the low end torque is fantastic - very street friendly power unlike the high horsepower racing engines.

I anyone knows more about the VIS kit please send an email - I'd sure appreciate it.
