Triumph TR3 - TR3 Fender Bead

I am looking to replace the Fender Bead on my 1959 TR3A. Could anyone tell me how difficult this is to do or give me some tips or tricks on how to do this

Hey Scott; This is something I did, after getting everything back from being painted I was afraid I would scratch the paint. So I pop riveted the bead to the fenders. Some may say defferent, but it worked for me. After you rivet the bead and are ready to attach the front apron, have someone slighty spread the fenders to allow the apron to fit under the bead. And away you go.
