Triumph TR3 - Seat Belt Installation

I just bought a 1959 TR3A, chassis TS58452, that does not and never has had seat belts. I
am thinking of ordering two Vintage Style seat belts, 222-234 from Moss Motors.

I am seeking advice regarding the all-important matter of where to install the seat belt anchors

Do you happen to know if those Vintage Style belts as sold by Moss Motors come with
installation hardware?

I am importing a 1959 TR3A from the USA to New Zealand. The car currently has no seat belts but to comply with NZ regulations (and for safety's sake) I will have to install some. Can anyone provide details as to the type of belts that would have been supplied when the car was sold new and where to install the seat belt anchors. Many thanks
