Triumph TR3 - Please Identify this Steering wheel

I posted this on the MG-T series forum and several other sites. I get the most hits to a TR wheel.
Any ideas what this might be to?

That is a tr3 tr3 wheel for a non-extensible steering column 1953 to 1962

I measured the wheel to be 17"

A bit of an oddball here....seems very much to be a Triumph style from the mid 50's to mid 60's, but not from a TR-2 or TR-3. Very similiar, except the TR versions had 3 spoke groupings [2 horizontal ones, 1 vertical] with 4 rods in each group.Yours has only 3 in the vertical group. Close.....but no cigar. Perhaps an option on a Herald, Mayflower........or???

I also am curious.
