Triumph TR3 - leaded fuel....

I am working on a friends 1960 TR3 that has been sitting for more than twenty years and was only run maybe once a years for 15 years before that. He has owned it since '68 and has never had any engine work done. I am slowly hand turning the engine with Marvel Mystery oil in the cylinders, with spark plus in and with them out. I have compression, I can feel it. Now to my question...This head does not have case hardened valve seats and my concern is firing this thing up on seats that have never tasted unleaded......am i too concerned?
