Triumph TR3 - conversion kit for adjustable steering wheel

Can anyone tell me if they are familiar with a conversion kit for a TR3A adjustable steering wheel?

I have an adjustable steering wheel & column on my TR3A and would like to be able to use a different steering wheel but am unfamiliar with a kit that will allow me to convert.
