Triumph TR3 - bouncing balls
Hope I haven't broken etiquette by not introducing myself first; I'm a cowboy/hippie/teacher/car nut, and my manners aren't necesarrily the best. Especially when I don't know the xpectations. Although I make most of my parts money selling MG parts, the TR-3 I just bought is for me; my car. Not a restoration for someone else. Weirdly, although I owned 3 of them in the past, I am now noting things I never did back then (air quality?). Thank you all for your help so far.

You mean you're breathing cleaner air now, hehe? This is not the most active board in the world, but anything I can help with, I will. Have fun with your car. Hope you didn't have to pay too much for a pranged tub. I don't know that there are any expectations here. Is your thread title referring to the ride quality of our little elbow scraping toys?

Thanks! I'm not smoking now, so better air quality. As for the title lilne, your thought is better than mine! I was thinking of following the bouncing ball, given the change from posting a question to the introduction; kind of backwards in some places.
