Triumph TR3 - Amp Gauge Wiring

I recently found out that the amp gauge is a spade type gauge used on a TR4. I have replace it with screw in type. Looking at my wiring diagram I'm alittle confused on witch post the brown/white wire goes. Looking at the gauge face plate is it to the right post or the left.

The huge Brown wire from the battery is connected to the screw terminal behind the +30A end of the dial.

The huge Brown wire with the white stripe is connected behind the -30A end of the dial.
