Triumph TR3 - Adapter plate for oil cooler

I need the adapter plate that goes behind the filter head on my TR3.This plate is to accomodate the 2 hoses for the oil cooler.It is the same on the TR2 through TR4.Also if anybody out there knows who the manufacturer of the oil coolers sold by Moss is it would be a big help.Moss will not sell the adapter alone.If I new the makers name I could contact them.
