Triumph TR3 - 1960 front brake rotor swap

I have a 1960 TR-3A with the 11" rotors. The rotors are finally rusting internally from bad seals I think and I cannot find re-built or after-market type A or B rotors and would like to change to the 10 3/4" rotors for which there seems to be endless re-built and replacement parts for.

Do I have to change the spindles too or will the later model rotors fit?

Moss lists the 11" rotors #586-500, don't know if they are in stock.
