Triumph Spitfire - Repair Manuals

What is the best repair manual for a Mk 2 Spitfire? I've heard of Haynes and Clymer, but is there some difference between them?
Is there some other manual that is better? I'm looking for a good all-around information resource for general maintenance and electrical.
Frankly, I'm a little tired of guessing which wire should go where, and all that . . .

Any guidance or reviews of these manuals would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
