Triumph Spitfire - Lost Spit Waiting in Luxemburg

Hi,

I 've found a complete dismantled spitfire in a garage in Luxemburg. Its VIN is FH126492L. The owner did collect this car in a deal many years ago, but never had the papers (lost ?).
There seems to be no solution to have the papers back, before taking the car in Belgium.

So I 'm looking for more infos about :

1. the car's history...
2. how hard is it to "reprint" papers for this car
3. the value of the car
4. any advice that could help me in saving this little yellow killer spit.

Perhapos I should think about finding a donor car.. Any tips ?
