Triumph Spitfire - Good Home needed
I have a GT6 Mk1, Spitfire Mk111 and a Herald 13/60 and have kept them in storage for the past 5 years as I've been overseas. I plan to go back overseas and have reluctantly decided that my cars and I will have to part, but where is the best place to sell them??? The Herald runs and is in reasonable condition, the Spit, doesn't run and is in need of allot of TLC, money, and body panels, the GT6 was half way through a body off restoration when I left and although covered in new steel all round needs someone to put her back together and rub of the rust and weld slag that is now in place. I'm very attached to them and want them to go to a good home where someone will hopefully give them the care and attention I always planned to give them when I fell into some money. Advice and or offers would be appreciated, it would also be nice to know if there are still the old enthusiasts out there who although poor simply can't get enough of Triumphs. Lastly, they're all in the UK down in Hampshire is that makes any difference.

I used to own a 72 Spit, awfull rough ride but loved that car. I'm interested but just wondering how far apart we might be. I live in Kingston Ont. well just north of it. More info needed give me a call. Jon Hallam at penman@kos.net

Is the Spit still up for sale? Living in Swansea and I would love a restoration project.
