Triumph Spitfire - Gearbox Problems Sorted!

Just to let anybody else out there know a solution to one problem!
I have found that the reason I couldn't engage a gear was due to the push rod for the slave cylinder being to short. This was simply rectified by the purchase of a new one which is slightly longer and has made all the difference, in that I can now change gear without any Crunching noises!!!.
I just like to say Thank you to all that took the time to give some useful feedback!!
