Triumph Spitfire - CONIFER GREEN 025

Dear fellows,
I am doing a "bolt & nut" restoration on a '66 Spitfire4 Mk2. The color of the car is 025 Conifer Green.
Could you hepl me with the code of this color? What is the code for the "modern" manufactorers of car paints?

Have a look at this link, the guy is in the US i think and describes his matching of the colour.
