Triumph Spitfire - Buying a car that's been in storage

I'm shopping for a round-tailed Spitfire and found a listing for a 1968 Spitfire that was restored in 1985-86, but has been in dry storage and not driven for 12 years. From the pictures and description from the owner the car appears to be in excellent condition. What are my liabilities for a car that's been in storage this long? What are the likely problems and associated expense to make this car road-worthy?
