Triumph Spitfire - '75 Spitfire 1500

Just bought a '75 Spitfire 1500 and need help getting started.
What fuel do I use? Single Stromberg carb.
Ran OK when I picked it up, but now seems to be running rich and hunts.
Assuming correct fuel, are there additives?
Where is the mixture adjustment on the Stromberg?
What's the best reference source for the Stromberg?

Just read your mail about your spit. Where are you? (Outside CA or in CA) if outside then the best recommendation is to throw the single Stromberg away and replace with (Non Waxstast Converted) Twin SU's. This will increase performance etc. As for adjusting the stromberg, take it to a krypton tuner. Without the nessesary equipment you can't get the emmisions correct.
