Triumph Spitfire - 1975 Triumph Spitfire 1500 wheel/tyre

I have a question that I have been trying to get answered for some time now, hopefully you will be able to answer. I have a totally stock 1975 triumph spitfire. I am in the middle of a frame off restoration with. I found 4, 13 X 6 Carroll Shelby rims. I want to run them on this Triumph after I finish the restoration. What is the best tire size, I can run on these rims without modifying the vehicle? The rims came off another 1500, I rescued from the scrap yard. The car had some mods done to it that the rims came off of. Thank-you,
