Triumph Vitesse - MHD 3D

Looking for a Triumph Vitesse with number plate MHD3D??

Mid 1960s. I know very vague but brought from new by grandfather who left it to my husband 20 years ago. Unfortunately we had to sell around 1985 but would love to find it again if still around.
