Triumph GT6 - rear wishbone bush

I have a 1970 GT6+ with rotoflex couplings. I have replaced
the couplings, but the bolt in the lower wishbone seems to
be seized. Does anyone have a method for removing this bolt.
The diagram in the Haynes manual does not show the bolt
assembly clearly. Do I press it out, or use heat. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

A very good source for advice (and parts) is Nigel at Spitbits. He deals in Spitfires, GT-6s and TR7s. Very knowledgable and informative if you can cut through his Brittish accent.
