MG TD TF 1500 - TF dash ground

For the TF there is a double ground wire in the harness behind the dash with a circular end conection. Where does this connect behind the dash?

Dan, My old harness ground was connected to the tubular bar under the scuttle. It was screwed to the upper mounting bracket on the right side. I need for someone to confirm this also, as I'm replacing the old tattered harness with new. PJ

This is a M Milligan photo showing much of the dash wiring and some grounding. Does this help?
