Flatrock Newfoundland hosts a Targa stage every year. Google Earth Flatrock and you'll see why. The indented coast and hills make for some tortuous roads. But I'd rather drive than watch, since the steep and windy roads are perfect for the TD, so I'm glad when Targa is over and Wind Gap (the main road) is open again.
