...I would say that when a body is held together and in place with a frame of 2x4's, its pretty well toast.....(always hate to see a rusty bunch of rockers.....)

Beyond sensible repair or restoration, IMHO. A $1500 parts car (although the engine is probably frozen...)

I believe it was a lake find. It looks like the whole bottom of the tank is rusted away and half of the back apron has been eaten away as well.
