MG TD TF 1500 - Rocker Arm refurb

I recently sent my Rocker assy out for rebuild. Early 54 TF. It came back different. The shaft was shorter. Early 14" replacing my 14 7/8". The center spring replaced with the earlier long spring. No thrust washers installed, they were left out and not returned to me. After a heated discussion with the shop I find out my assy had the early TC/TD 7/8" wide rockers for the 1,4,5 and 8 rockers. So the shop figured they should match the shaft to the rockers. Makes sense. The shop is returning my washers and springs.
The question is will this assy I have in hand work and lubricate well?
