MG TD TF 1500 - Rallye to Reno Badge
| Ordered mine in Reno. If anybody is interested it looks like they need a few more orders to make it happen. It's pretty large as far as badges go. I saw the proto type in Reno. (1) Many of you have shown an interest in obtaining a quality Rallye To Reno grille badge to proudly display on your MG. In response, we have developed a beautiful cloisonne' badge, depicting the R2R logo and US map. Some have already placed their order, but we are still shy of the minimum quantity to make this possible. We would really like to produce these keepsakes of our MG Trip of a lifetime and deliver in time for the Holidays. If you've already ordered, we appreciate your support and patience. If you haven't ordered yet, we only need a few more, so please help us to make this a reality. (Maybe mention this to your loved one, who is always looking for a great Christmas present for you.) Cost of the grille badge is only $45 plus $5 shipping. Orders can be placed by contacting Sandy & Mike Hickman with NAMGAR Regalia at Regalia@NAMGAR.com or (859) 781-1847. Should we not reach the minimum by October 31st, we will give a complete refund to those who have already paid. Thanks, Dave & Bruce

I got my "invitation" too, LaVerne, but declined. First there is a spelling error. Rally does not have an 'e'. Secondly, There were a number of Canadians there including myself. It wouldn't have killed anyone if they had simply extended the US map on the badge, to include the lower edge of Canada. Gord Clark Rockburn, Qué.

I believe the "e" is a U K affectation. I kind of like those tie-ins to the MG, etc. "mother country!"
Jerry Chandler
Spealking of the tie in with MG,,, I would have thought it would at least mention MG????

Um... This badge is for the trip TO Reno, showing the route on the badge, right? Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see what the confusion is. -David

We spell Rally without an "e" in the UK! Matt

When we were expecting our first child I traded my Subaru for a minivan. Chrysler tried this experiment by cloaking minivans with plastic cladding, and sporty trim. The van we bought was the "Rallye" edition, spelled with an "e" in the graphics. -David
