MG TD TF 1500 - Proof!
Today I proved a long-standing mechanical hypothesis- no amount of prying, pushing, kicking or cursing will remove a part (such as an oil pan) if the bolts are not all removed. Especially the sort of hidden one above the clutch pivot. George PS- been gone for a few days-when did the board go green?

George- I've got to agree with your theory. Sometimes I think the auto manufacturers specifically hire engineers just to dream up obscure hiding places for some of the fastening bolts or nuts. Plus they design "special tools", only they sell, for removing some of the fasteners. Also, I believe the board has been green for better than 5 years; probably a lot longer. Maybe you just turned on your monitor's color for the first time? Cheers, Roy

Whoa, last night all of the writing (not just the header) was dark or light green. Back to normal black today. Go figure. George

Which sections of this BBS are supposed to be green? On my monitor, only the Thread Heading is a very light blue/green. Is there more?????????

If you go to 'customize' you can change the colours of the fields and the font, but the badge up top stays green i believe....?

OK guys, I'm not making this up! Or maybe it was because I just got home from Washington, DC a couple hours before and had been breathing the same air our Congress has been.....and the letters just looked green to me!
