MG TD TF 1500 - Progress!!

I have finally finished recovering the TD seats - thank you again Dave B for the photos on your web site. Now, its on to finishing the paint!

Looks like a new seat Don! Awsome job. I'm curious about what look like little "flaps" on the ends of backrest. Were those part of the Moss kit or is it just a photo illusion? I've seen such flaps on other cars but I have none.

The flaps along the sides cover the 'top frame' at the top and sort of close up the gap along the sides of the seats.....

Ed - I had the same thought as those flaps were on the black vinyl set I was removing, which I thought was odd. However, the same flaps were present on the new kit purchased from Moss, so I figured they were supposed to be there. Next up is the dash - I just finished removing the 214 staples from the back of the old dash! The black vinyl peeled right off, in fact the adhesive was still soft and sticky despite having been on since 2001.
