MG TD TF 1500 - New Baby

This supercharged 1933 J3 has just joined the stable from Italy. It has quite a history, and made a trip with its owner H T Roberts to the USA on the Queen Mary in 1947, returning to the UK in 1951 on the Queen Elizabeth. I believe that she was used in competitions in this period, so if anyone sees any hints of what and where I would be most grateful for the information

Makes the TD and TF seem very advanced and sophisticated!

Damn! You did it!!! Good for you! When is the Mile Miglia? Or better yet, the American Mile next year in California? I'm available as a co-driver!

In theory it isn't eligible for the Mille Miglia, since no J type ran in the original circuit. However if you don't ask ... !

It does need some work to bring it up to that level, but it completed the Milano - San Remo rally in 2007.

So, get your goggles and leather helmet ready, the invite may yet come.

And it has 3 wipers, just like my 1979 MGB! My TD doesn't have 3.
