MG TD TF 1500 - My new TF 1500 project
| I took delivery of a rather rough TF 1500 yesterday. Evidently it had been parked since 1967 and not in the driest of locations. The chassis needs considerable work and the interior metal behind the seats is pretty well shot. On the plus side it is a matching number 1500 TF with straight body work. It will need seat frames. I thought I had some located but was too late. Anyone have a set? Many, many thanks to Bob White of North Carolina who went out of his way to get the car together for shipping and locating the documents. Here is a picture of it being off-loaded in Blaine, WA. | Hugh, I have an excellent condition Rear cross brace assembly for a TF, plus the left and right Main side rails. Also very good rear quarter panels with inner wheel arches. They're the pieces from the 'tublet' that I bought for 'the53', a TD. Bud |

| Hugh, Nice to see abother one that will be given a new life! I take it the wheels were siezed? (fork-lift?) Have a special place in my heart for Black TF1500's ...Dad's was black and that is what got me started wanting one. Post some more pic's and keep us updated. |
