MG TD TF 1500 - Midge radiator caps anywhere?
| I read the history of "The Midge" in Moss' British Motoring Magazine last week, and it got me wondering whether anybody has cast a few of them lately. I know it sounds silly, but I'm thinking it may be the final touch to a 6-year restoration full of craziness and false starts and insane cost overruns. A quick search turned up a few original castings that have sold for around 200£, but I'm looking for a fifty buck one. Any leads, anyone? Or can you Moss guys reading this commission a run of them? | fromtheframeup.com You're going to have to cut and paste these links in to make them work (at least I did when I was trying them out). http://fromtheframeup.com/Documents/CAT%2001%20AC.pdf http://fromtheframeup.com/Documents/TT%20AC101%20Midge.pdf Not a buck fifty but available...just consider it another cost overrun. | Good luck on the Fifty Buck one- ;^) The Midge was used mostly on pre-war cars anyway. Maybe a little whimsy ?

| No whimsy, Dallas, this is a serious business. I'd even go for Mister Toad's Wild Ride.

Here is another good choice from back in the day. This was the Inskip Lion.
