MG TD TF 1500 - HS-4s Adjusting mixture?

My carbs are running too lean in the TF when I push the choke all the way in, how do I get a little more richness in the mixture? Not much, just a tad. PJ

Back the adjustment nuts down one flat at a time. They are the brass nuts above the choke pull down thingy.

BTW, PJ, as I recently goofed on, our carburetors are H2 and H4, not HS2 and HS4. Bud
