MG TD TF 1500 - gearbox
I finally got a response from the MGCC about my rebuild video and after 15 days he tells me they are out but he expects some in soon. They of course took the money out of my account the first day. There is no telling when they will actually get more gearbox videos. I am quite aggrivated. Does anyone have a dvd rebuild I can buy, borrow, or rent. I will pay shipping both ways. I just don't want to take anything else apart until the gearbox is completed. Thanks in advance for any help. Rob

Hi Rob and everyone. I am chair of the T Register of the MGCC in the UK and was most concerned to see the comment on this thread and also on the other one about the slow delivery of the gearbox DVD.If you, Rob, or anyone else would like me to find out a bit more about the slow response please send me a personal email with the details as to where and when you placed your order and I will be happy to investigate. I am also happy to hear from any MG T Typers who have any views on the way in which the T Register or the MGCC runs so I guess I'm about to be a bit busier!!! Happy T Typing.

Rob, if you email me I have some comments for you which I would prefer not to post on the open site. To everyone else, please remember that the T Register, which sells this video at around cost price, is staffed by unpaid volunteers who give of their time freely to fellow enthusisasts. We are very happy to offer this sevice but would prefer that, if you have any negative comments to make, you make them privately to the volunteers concerned or, indeed, to myself. In this case the volunteer is doing his best to satisfy the order but this is not always something that can be dealt with as quickly as you might like. Let's remember, MG is the marque of friendship, so let's keep it friendly!! Cheers

Had a talk with Geoff from the MGCC. Very nice man. I think I was a little hard on the MGCC in my previous post. After all it is not a retail business it is a club. Everything is good now and I would have no problem working with them in the future. Can't wait to get started on the gearbox. Rob
