MG TD TF 1500 - Color of TD steering rack?

My frame will be satin black....Should the steering rack be the same color?....Options?

When the cars were assembled the frames were assembled, then painted black. I prefer the look of cast parts, brake lines and fasteners in their natural color, not painted black... not original but a nice look IMHO.

The rack was already black, but I thought I might change that....Too late to go back to natural on that...But will have brake-lines "natural".

I've never seen one other than black. I think they look good black, as they blend in with the chassis. To me, their not something you'd want to display by painting it a different color. But that's just me. PJ
