MG TD TF 1500 - 54TF chassis question
| On the back ends of the chassis frame where the rear bumper brackets bolt in there is a second captive nut. It is below the one for the bumper bracket. What are these captive nuts for? What am I missing? Thanks for any info..... John |

On the TD frame ...which is basically the same as the TF... the extra holes on your TF were used to mount the rear shroud. Just left over from the TD is my guess and not used on the TF.

| David, camera went south on me a couple of months ago and have not yet replaced it. LaVernes pictures show it exactly. Guess I'm not missing anything. Thanks for the quick responces, much appreciated....John |
