MG MGF Technical - what camshaft ?

i've got a 1950cc stage 2 engine in my mgb,
the cam is wornout , but i don't know what camshaft to order, it's has not got any numbers on it,
any body know what cam is best for road driving,i'm not going to race the car on the track,
help please.
