Sorry Sarah I am also waiting for info on Steptronic gearboxes and plastic manifolds.

Sometimes it does not do too much harm for threads to move sideways, tends to keep posters active and sometimes with a bit of luck we can get someone to post sensible replies.

I think you can fix this for zero Euros.
If you can find someone to follow this http://www.merlinscc.co.uk/MG/steering.htm, or diy, then it is only twiddling an adjusting screw to zero the steering assistance.

Sorry Sarah, but what part of the answers that you received that you did not understand?

The beauty of this BBS is it is not burdened with "jobs worth" telling you what you can and cannot do!

Also there is a brand new rack for sale on eBay for £200.
