MG MGF Technical - steering ??
i have just got a 1998 mgf 1.8i. The steering is heavy on one side, after reading a number of other peeps experiences i looked to see if i could find the 40amp fuse but cannot. Also wen i turn the ignition on no eps light is visable.Any help plz

The Fuse should be easy to find. It is separately mounted on top of the inner wing of the LHS front wheel (LHD car, not 100% for RHD) It is covered in a milky white plastic cover you can slide in the direction of the windscreen: There you will find the 40Amp fuse. Don't be confused mine says 75 Amp..... Reading your post for the second time: is it just steering heavy into one direction?

Heavy steering to one sides sounds like our old favourite "steering left" problem relating to the positioning of the EPAS sensors... More here: http://mgf.ultimatemg.com/group2/common_problems/epas_reset/index.htm#Introduction
